The Crown Jewel of Luxury Timber

Mahogany grows best in tropical and sub-tropical climates, making it a natural fit for states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat. It prefers well-drained loamy or red laterite soil and needs moderate watering in the first two years. After that, it becomes very resilient and survives well with very little irrigation.

On 1000 acres of land, around 1000 Mahogany trees can be planted. From around year 8 onwards, you can thin out some trees and start earning your first income, while the remaining trees keep growing bigger and more valuable. When fully mature between 18 and 25 years, you can generate up to ₹1 crore in total income.

Mahogany wood is known across the world for its deep reddish-brown colour and natural shine. It is used to make high-quality furniture, doors, flooring, and cabinets, and is in strong demand in European, American, and Gulf export markets. Baba Shakti's clonal saplings are specially developed for Indian conditions and come with a 95 percent survival guarantee, backed by our expert field team.
